Daxko

Daxko Operations is an easy-to-use tool that makes everything from online registration to back-office drafting a smoother, quicker process. Daxko customers enjoy the ability to prorate membership fees, have reports delivered to their inbox, and easily access member information.
Inconsistent processes can generate errors, cause poor data, create problems with members, and affect the overall health of your organization. Daxko’s professional services team has worked with more than 1,000 centers to develop and implement best-in-class operating procedures so that you operate as effectively as possible.

Operations systems house large volumes of significant data points, but coordinating that information into meaningful insights can be challenging. With Daxko Operations, you’ll have the ability create customizable reports that run on-demand to uncover trends related to organizational health and community impact.
In addition, the Daxko Engagement Index in Daxko Engage provides quick visibility into an individual member’s current level of engagement based on a proprietary mix of complex data points. With this index, we are able to predict how likely someone is to terminate their membership within the next 90 days.

Online tools aren’t optional anymore. Members and participants won’t stick around if they can’t do business with you when they want to. Online account management, registration, membership sales, and donations help keep your YMCA relevant.

Statistics show that engaged members are more likely to refer, give, and volunteer. Daxko Engage combines relationship management and marketing automation for a systematic approach to increasing engagement. With the ability to set up target groups to receive an automated flow of communication—including email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings—Daxko Engage helps staff reach the right people with the right message at the right time.
